Instructions for Chocolate fondue, dark
To prepare the Chocolate fondue, dark recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the chocolate very fine and it came in a bowl. Com cream, cloves, cinnamon and vanilla in a small saucepan and bring to the boil. Take the Pan from the heat, put a lid on and let the cream pulling in 10 minutes.
Remove cloves, cinnamon and vanilla. Set the pan over and warm again up to the boiling point. Pour a little at a time into the finely chopped chocolate. Pipe the while and let the hot cream melt the chocolate. Add 2 tbsp. Rome when chocolate fondue can be accompanied by works homogeneous.

Tips:
A selection of fresh and pickled fruits are suitable for dipping in a chocolate fondue. Select fx. Ripe bananas, ripe mango fruit, strawberry or ripe pears. Avoid any fresh fruits with a high acid content. Their aroma and structure does not match with chocolate. Small crisp cakes also fits well for chocolate fondue.
