Instructions for Chocolate fondant
To prepare the Chocolate fondant recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt butter and chocolate in a water bath. Beat the egg yolks and stir smooth.
Add the flour and stir the mass down in temperature. Beat the whites until stiff and turn in. Bake at 180 degrees for 12 minutes in two butter/sugar-buttered molds.
