1 | tsp | Baking soda |
100 | g | Wheat flour |
100 | g | Butter |
100 | g | Sugar |
2 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
2.5 | dl | Whipped cream |

30 | g | Cocoa powder |
4 | tbsp | Orange Marmalade |
4 | tbsp | Blueberry or black currant jam |
50 | g | Chopped dark chocolate |
Instructions for Chocolate cupcakes with jam
To prepare the Chocolate cupcakes with jam recipe, please follow these instructions:
CUPCAKES: Whip egg, sugar and vanilla sugar into an egg snap.
Melt the butter with the water.
Mix flour, cocoa powder and baking soda in a bowl and gently push it down into the egg nipple.
Add the marmalade and the chopped chocolate and finally the melted butter and stir it all around.
Distribute the dough into 12 muffin molds and bag them at 180 degrees (ordinary oven) for 20 minutes.
TOPPING: When the cakes are cooled, topping is made.
Whip the cream.
Gently turn the marmalade around in.
