200gChocolate cream cheese buko
3tspCocoa powder

Instructions for Chocolate cream cheese cake

To prepare the Chocolate cream cheese cake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bottom:
Melt the butter. Crumble the biscuits and mix it together. Distribute the mixture into a spring shape (20 cm in diameter).

Fromage:
Pour softly in cold water for approx. 10 min. Stir the cream cheese together with egg yolks, cremefraiche, cocoa and vanilla until it is deliciously creamy. Pull the house blossom out of the water with the water attached to it. Melt it in a small bowl in a water bath. Cool the house leaf slightly and pour it into the curd. Whip the whites stiff. Mix gently sugar and turn them into the curd. Pour the biscuits into the spring form and cook the cream cheese cake until the next day.

It looks really nice and tastes good with strawberries on top of the cake. Flowering foam is served next door.
