Instructions for Chocolate cookies
To prepare the Chocolate cookies recipe, please follow these instructions:
Set the oven to 175 degrees C. alm. oven.
Stir soft butter, sugar and sugar until it is airy. Whip the eggs in one at a time.
Mix flour, baking soda and coarsely chopped dark (and possibly white) chocolate together. Turn the dry ingredients into the dough.
Set approx. 1 tbsp. Dough per Cake on a baking sheet, greased with butter, or on baking paper. There must be good space between the cakes as they grow larger in diameter during baking.
Place the baking plate on the middle shelf, in the 175 degrees C. alm. Oven and let them bake for 12-15 minutes.
They must be very soft when taken out as they stiffen when they have stood a little.
Allow the cakes to cool before placing on a grate.
tips:
possibly. Extra 75 g. White boiling chocolate (you can also just use 75 g. More dark chocolate)
