Syrup, butter and chocolate are melted for low heat until it is liquid. The eggs are whipped together and added when the mixture has cooled in 2 spring molds lined with stanniol.
Bake for 45 min. At 155 degrees C. It is best to make a day in advance as they are best placed in the refrigerator overnight.
