150 | g | Sugar |
200 | g | Dark chocolate 44% |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
3 | tsp | Baking soda |
8 | tbsp | Sunflower oil |
Instructions for Chocolate Chip muffins
To prepare the Chocolate Chip muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Set paper Bakeware in the recesses of a muffinplade. If you do not have any muffinplade be 2 molds just inside each other and made on a griddle. Preheat oven to 180 degrees (hot air 160 degrees).
Mix the flour and baking powder. Whisk the egg in a mixing bowl. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, oil and milk and stir it all well. Mix flour in gradually and eventually the chopped chocolate.
Fill the dough in bageformene, behind them in the midst of the furnace 20-25 minutes. Let the freshly baked muffins rest for a moment. Eat them warm or cooled.
