2 | tbsp | Vanilla sugar |
200 | g | Chocolate (like a mix between white light and dark) |
200 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Chocolate chip cookies II
To prepare the Chocolate chip cookies II recipe, please follow these instructions:
ca. 1/4 of chopped chopped finely, 1/4 chopped roughly and 1/2 chopped to relatively large pieces.
Whip butter, sugar and egg together with an electric whip.
Mix flour, vanilla sugar and baking soda.
Stir the flour mixture in the dough and then stir the nuts and the chocolate.
The dough must be glued, therefore, milk is added a little at a time - when all ingredients are added.
Cover a bake sheet and place the blemishes in a good space. - they flatten when they come in the oven, so do not think about shaping them into rounded balls.
Bake in the middle of the oven at 180 degrees hot air for 8-10 minutes.
Cool on the baker or on the plate. MUST NOT BE STACKED!
