To prepare the Chocolate cake with indkogte rhubarb recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chocolate cake: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees c. Chop the chocolate and melt it together with the butter and icing sugar in a water bath. Term the flour into the eggs and whisk in one at a time. Whip then grated orange zest and orange juice in.
Pour batter into a greased springform and place in the oven for about 20 minutes. Portion molds must have 6-8 minutes.
Indkogte rhubarb: Let water, sugar, star anise, grated orange peel and orange juice boiling up and let the mixture boil into five minutes. Cut the rhubarb into long pieces. Put them down into sugar and give them a quick rehash. Style the pan to one side and let rhubarb cool off. Serve the rhubarb and sugar syrup to chocolate cake.
