The cake: All stirred together. Preferably with a spoon. Place in a greased, breadcrumbs sprinkled form (approx. 2 litres). Bake on the bottom rack of the oven at 200grader ca. 40-50 min. try. with a toothpick, if the cake is baked. Afsvaler a bit of form and be taken out. Hot coating: All ingredients are mixed and cooked up in a thick-bottomed saucepan, until it is viscous (approximately a few minutes). Can be cooked in the microwave, so it does not burn on! Pour over the warm cake. Garnish with coconut flakes, toasted nuts, almonds or similar.
