1 | tbsp | Whole milk |

1 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
150 | g | Icing sugar |
175 | g | Butter |

2 | tsp | Baking soda |
20 | g | Cocoa |
240 | g | Wheat flour |
250 | g | Sugar |
50 | g | Walnut kernels |
Instructions for Chocolate cake in baking pan
To prepare the Chocolate cake in baking pan recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the fat, water and cocoa powder in a pan and let it cook for about 5 mins.-let it cool off.
Then stir in sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, vanilliesukker, sour cream or curdled milk and eggs in. Pour batter into a well oiled or coated baking pan-ca. 20 x 30 cm.
Bake in a 200 degrees c. alm. oven for about 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the glaze-mix the fat, cocoa and milk in a saucepan. Let it boil up and remove the Pan from the heat. Mix the icing sugar and vaniliesukker in while stirring vigorously.
Wide glaze in addition to cake when it's finished baked, and Sprinkle chopped nuts over.
Let the cake cool down and cut it into suitable large pieces.
