180 | g | Wheat flour |

Instructions for Chocolate cake 23
To prepare the Chocolate cake 23 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at 175 degrees, and line a 35 cm x 25 cm baking pan with baking paper.
Stir in butter and sugar together in a bowl.
Beat two egg yolks into the bowl, and put the egg whites in another bowl.
Add flour, cocoa, baking powder, vanilla sugar and boiling water, and stir it all together with an electric beater.
Beat the egg whites until they are stiff whipped. When you can turn the Bowl upside down, without the smoke out, so they are finished.
Take a spatula, and scrape the stiff whipped egg whites into the batter. Now, do not touch the egg whites along with the dough, but turning them into dough with dejskraberen until they are not visible anymore.
Pour the batter into the baking pan, and bake the cake for 25 min at 175 degrees.
