1 | tbsp | Dark cocoa powder |

Instructions for Chocolate bottom
To prepare the Chocolate bottom recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip egg and sugar for about 4 minutes with whipping until it is white and airy.
Mix the other ingredients into a bowl and carefully apply the egg / sugar mixture to a dough scraper.
Benefit the dough in a lubricated ca 22 cm spring form.
Behind it for about 25 minutes at 175 degrees.
tips:
There will be a good bottom of the mixture. You can get 50 grams of chopped dark chocolate in the dough, instead of the dark cocoa powder. Cocoa can also be completely omitted. With us, we bake a bottom. Then comes different kinds of fruit in whipped cream on top of the bottom, so it's a kind of half-cake. It is also supposed to be from Caroline's cookbook's page. However, I have also used the recipe and made more bottles, for alm lagkage. Tastes good.
