To prepare the Chicken with tomato cream sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the chicken pieces in a baking dish, and season it with pepper and salt. Set the dish in the oven, and roast chicken in 50-55 minutes at 200 degrees c. alm. oven.
Arrow, chop and sauté the onion in butter with bacon cubes, paprika and Curry. Add the coarsely chopped tomatoes and cream, and season with salt and pepper.
Let the sauce Cook through for a few minutes.
Served with loose rice
Tips:
If you want a slightly thicker sauce, 38% whipping cream may be used.
