Instructions for Chicken fillet in oven
To prepare the Chicken fillet in oven recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chicken meat seasoned and Brown lightly on the forehead and then added in a heat-proof platter.
Onions, squash and peppers cut into cubes. Brown the onions in the Pan and add the rest of the vegetables and sauté with in a few minutes. The tomatoes are added and the right season with spices and pour over chicken meat.
Then put in the oven for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees c. alm. oven.
Serve with cooked rice.
