Instructions for Chicken and ham pie
To prepare the Chicken and ham pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble it not too cold butter in the flour. Whisk eggs together, save a little for brushing and got the rest of the dough. Gather the dough with a little water. Style it in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Take the skin off of chicken meat and cut the meat into cubes. Cut the ham into thin strips. Inserts peberfrugten into cubes. Rinse and chop the parsley.
Whisk eggs, cream, milk and grated cheese together and season with salt and pepper.
Set the oven at 200 degrees c. alm. oven. Portion dough into 2 and roll out one half to the bottom. Line a pie dish (27 cm. in diameter) with the, prick dough with a fork and bake the bottom in about 10 minutes.
Place chicken, ham, bell peppers and chopped parsley in and pour the mixture over the marriage.
Scroll the rest of the dough out to a lid and place it over the filling. Cut the edges and decorate with left over to bring dough. Cut some air holes in the lid and brush it with egg. Bake the tart for about 45 minutes.
