Instructions for Cherry Pie II
To prepare the Cherry Pie II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Baking time: Approx. 1 hour and 10 minutes. At 175 °.
Rinse the cherries and remove the stones and any stems. Whip butter and sugar together until it crumbles. Whip the eggs in one at a time. Whip the mixture until it becomes light and airy. Mix flour, cocoa, baking soda and vanilla sugar. Turn it (sprinkled through a sieve) into the butter mixture, alternately with yoghurt (possibly yoghurt with cherry) and milk. Mix the chopped cherry with potato flour and gently wrap them in the dough.
Cover a frying pan (about 6 x 22 x 30 cm) with baking paper and enjoy the dough here. Put the cherry cake in the middle of the oven. Gently lift the cake out of the pan using the baking paper. Let the cake cool off a baker.
tips:
The cake can also be cooked with 375 g of pickled cherry or amarachenberries. With Amarenakirsebær you can serve the cake for dessert - accompanied by, for example, vanilla cream ice cream or whipped cream. The cake can also be baked without cherries.
