Instructions for Cheesecake II

To prepare the Cheesecake II recipe, please follow these instructions:

Crush the biscuits and mix them with sugar, cinnamon and melted butter. Cover the bottom of a pie shape, about 24 cm in diameter, with the mixture. Bake for about 5 minutes at 175 degrees C. Alm. oven.

Stir the rest of the sugar and the cheese together. Share the eggs in plum and white. Stir the egg yolks in the curd and whip egg whites to hard foam. Stir flour, vanilla sugar, lemon juice, the fox and finally the whipped egg whites in the curd.

Pour the dough into the pie shape and bag it on the middle shelf at 175 degrees C. alm. Oven for about 50 minutes.
