50 | g | Yeast |
500 | g | Wheat flour |

To prepare the Cheesebolls with thyme recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast is crumbled in the dumplings. Lun milk, add water, egg and oil and whisk it lightly. Pour it into the dish and stir the yeast smoothly. Add thyme, grated cheese, salt and most of the flour. Peel the dough well and add more flour until the dough drops. Raise covered and stud to double size. Slice the dough lightly, part and shape it into buns that are placed close to the plate of baking paper. Replaces the cover and studs to double size. Brush with coiled egg. Sprinkle with thyme. Bake on the second slice in preheated oven at 225 degrees for about 15 minutes. Serve warm and eat with butter.
tips:
Timian can be replaced with birch, basil, oregano, merian or mixed provence spices.
