100gHavarti (grated)
100gButter or margarine
150gBrie or danablu
250gCream cheese
50gAlmond flakes or chopped walnuts (about 1 dl)

Instructions for Cheese Bomb II

To prepare the Cheese Bomb II recipe, please follow these instructions:

Tube fat, cream cheese, brie or mashing danablue and grated harvarti cheese into a fine purée.

Taste cheese cream with brandy or sherry. Fill the mass into a bowl, which is the clear with oil.

Marinate in the refrigerator 2-3 hours.

Turn the cheese bomb out on a platter or Board, and sprinkle with toasted almond flakes or chopped walnuts.

Serve with grapes and crackers.
