Instructions for Celeriac with nuts
To prepare the Celeriac with nuts recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dressing: Turn sour cream or other milk product with finely chopped white onion, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper. Taste your dressing for, if it is too sour/sweet to your taste. The salad: grate the celery tuber in a serving bowl. Grate the selected nuts on the frying pan without fat, until it smells. They must not be burnt! Turn the dressing over the grated celeriac and garnish with toasted nuts. Server for lunch or dinner.
