Instructions for Cauliflower Gratin

To prepare the Cauliflower Gratin recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bring milk into a thickened pot and add flour. Stir stir until the flour is dissolved and warm with stirring to the boiling point, whereby the mixture "stiffens" to a lind mass, add butter. Take the saucepan off the heat and let the dough cool a little.

Add an egg yolk at a time, stirring well between each flower.


Divide the cauliflower into small bouquets. Add salt, pepper, cauliflower to the dough. Whip whites very stiff and gently turn these into the dough.

Butter is high shape (about 2 l) and advantage rasp on the sides. Pour the dough into the mold.

Vague at the bottom of the oven at 175 degrees Celsius. Oven for approx. 1 hour.
