Instructions for Carrot soup with Asian twist
To prepare the Carrot soup with Asian twist recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter in a large soup. Chop and add garlic and ginger. Add curry and let it break. Cut the carrots into slices and chop them shortly in the saucepan. All other vegetables are chopped and added. Let it all get hot in the pan and stir around once in a while. After ten minutes add the broth and cook the soup. Let it boil for 15 minutes. Cut the chicken into smaller pieces and add them. One can choose to mix the soup or to eat it as it is. If it is to blend, do it now before adding cream cheese and cream. Blending the chicken may seem strange, and in fact it was something I know "an accident" came to, first, I can make the soup. A lucky accident, as the soup only got better, and when the soup becomes easier to eat when there are not whole chicken pieces in. Server with good bread.
