Ingredients for Carrot Pie II

2 | tbsp | Water |
200 | g | Wheat flour |
200 | g | Grated cheese |
400 | g | Carrots |
6 | dl | Milk |
Instructions for Carrot Pie II
To prepare the Carrot Pie II recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. switch on the oven at 200 degrees.
2. Add the flour in a bowl and rub margerinen in and crumble dough until it is grainy.
3. Add the cheese and water and collect the dough quickly with your hands.
4 Scroll dajen flat and round so that it fits the mold (approx. 26 cm.) Let it rest on the table. Used later as dejlåg.
5 wash and peel the carrots and grate them coarsely.
6 Rinse and cut the onions into small cubes.
7 margerinen Melt in a pan and sauté the vegetables in it. Add the thyme and sprinkle flour over.
8 Add the milk under about whisking and cook the filling through. Season with salt and pepper.
9 Advantage filling in pie plate. Put dejlåget on the filling and cut overskyedende dough away.
10 dot in the lid with a fork.
11 Bake the tart in the middle of the oven for approx. 30 min. at 200 degrees.
Tips:
The tart and especially good with freikadeller!! :-D
