The carp (approx. 1 ½ kg) washed and cleaned, the mucus layer of scales, but may well be in a sitting position. The fish is dried in a paper towel. The carp is switched to 1/4 liters of red wine with bay leaves, peppercorns, onion and a little may parsley. Replenished with thin soup (fish broth) to the fish is covered. Add sugar at will.
