Caribbean corn buns

0,5 dl Melted butter
½ tsp Salt
1 Finely chopped red chili without seeds
2 Eggs
2 tbsp Liquid honey
2,5 dl Finely chopped red pepper
2,5 dl Corn flour
2,5 dl Flour
2,5 dl Water
25 g Yeast


To prepare the Caribbean corn buns recipe, please follow these instructions:

Yeast, eggs, butter and honey are stirred in the water. Flour, corn flour, salt, chili and pepper are aged in. Set to double size suspension, if necessary. Cold storage in the fridge for the next day. The dough is merged and shaped into buns of appropriate size 30 - 40 pieces. Bake at 210 degrees for approx. 25 min.
