100 | g | Sugar |
165 | g | Wheat flour |
165 | g | Margarine or butter |

Instructions for Caramel cake
To prepare the Caramel cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Caramel: Sugar cooked light brown on a hot pan. 1 dl boiling water is poured gently over and cooked with the sauce is klumpfri. Add 1 ½ dl water and give the sauce a rehash. The sauce is cooled.
Dough: Margarine stir soft. Sugar, vanilla and powder coffee sprinkled in. Whole eggs added one at a time. Both kinds of flour and baking powder sifted together and stir into batter alternately with karamellen. The dough is filled into a well-oiled, melstrøet sandkage form, made in a cold oven. Bake 50-55 minutes at 200 degrees c.
The cake can be sliced and added together with mocha butter cream. It can glaseres with mocha frosting and garnish with Walnut kernels or chocolate beans.
