Ingredients for Caesar salad with chicken

1 | Romaine Lettuce head in coarse strips | |
2 | clove | Crushed garlic |
2 | tsp | Mustard |
200 | g | Chicken fillet cut into strips |
25 | g | White bread without crust into cubes |
25 | g | Grated parmesan |
3 | tbsp | Plain yogurt max. 0.5% |
Instructions for Caesar salad with chicken
To prepare the Caesar salad with chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cooking time: 25 min
Turn the oven to 175 degrees. Place the breadcrumbs on a baking sheet and grate them in the oven for a few minutes until they are crisp and golden.
In the meantime a frying pan is heated. Sprinkle the chicken strips with salt and pepper and simmer for 3-4 minutes. On each side until they are completed.
Stir yoghurt with mustard and crushed garlic for a dressing and taste with salt and pepper.
Turn the coarse salad strips into the dressing, then fling the chicken strips and sprinkle with breadcuts and fox parmesan.
