Instructions for Buttermilk Merge Bread
To prepare the Buttermilk Merge Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir yeast into cream milk. Add oil and salt and flour a couple of times until the dough has the correct consistency. Bring the dough well together. Set it for upright 40 min. Divide it into three parts and roll each portion into a long sausage. Lay the three sausages side by side and flatten them together. Form the braid to a snail. Let the bread adhere to 20 min. Brush with egg and baking bread for about 35 minutes at 200 degrees
tips:
The bread is baked with all four cereals - wheat, rye, oats and barley. The bread is braided and then shaped like a snail, giving a nice and unconventional bread.
