Ingredients for Buns w/A38
0.5 | dl | Oil |
0.5 | tsp | Salt |
1 | dl | A38 |
1.5 | dl | Lukewarm water |
50 | g | Yeast |
50 | g | Sugar |
500-700 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Buns w/A38
To prepare the Buns w/A38 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve yeast with lukewarm water.
Mix the A38, oil and sugar in.
Just before you come in to salten in flour.
Knead it all together well. The dough should be slightly sticky.
Should not raise only at the plate. Roll dough balls and place them on a greased plate. Let them raise ca. 45 min.
Style oven at 250 degrees. Hot air 220-230 streets.
Bake about 10 mins until golden brown.
Tips:
Can possibly. get sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, walnuts or lenses in.
Brush with milk or eggs can be omitted otherwise.
