To prepare the Buns, light and airy recipe, please follow these instructions:
stir the yeast into the water (not too cold). Add sugar, salt, oil and eggs. stir in the flour and knead the dough well finaly. made withdrawals in 1 hour. the dough is kneaded again, and shaped to 24 buns. should raise in 30 min. brush with egg or a38.
Bake at 200 degrees hot air in my 12-15.
