Instructions for Buns (Earth's best)
To prepare the Buns (Earth's best) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour lukewarm water, yeast and eggs in a bowl. Stir it together. Take a cup of flour and pour in, sugar, salt and soft margarine is added on top. It is kneaded together. Pour the flour in so it is slightly stiff.
Then kneaded (or stir in machine) on life loose, put flour in if it seems thin, in the mixer must run approx. 20 min. dough should be slightly soft, and hang in the fingers. Dip the fingers in the flour and then the release.
Posted to uplift in 20 min. in a clump with cloth.
So shared it in 12 equal-sized pieces that are shaped to round buns. (fold the dough under to form a bottom and the surface becomes smooth) Raises the bar again for 20 min. with the cloth.
Brushed (or by hand) in cold water all over the place off the sides also, gently. Bake 15-20 min at 180 degrees hot air. 200 degrees alm. oven.
Dental butter is highly recommended. * SS *
Tips:
That can be kneaded 2 handfuls of raisins in before the raises 1. time. When the buns so formed, beware not raisins without buns, as they will be burned.
