250 | g | Bulgur |

6-7 | dl | Water |
Instructions for Bulgur with vegetables
To prepare the Bulgur with vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:
The vegetables are cleaned. The onions are cut perfectly, the other vegetables (pastinak and gulrod peeled) are cut into small terns.
Put a pan over approx. 2 tablespoons of oil, add the vegetables, sprinkle with salt and let it sautere in it, do not take color.
Add approx. 250 g bulgur and turn it all around in the pan. Then add 6-7 dl of water. Turn down to approx. Half power and lay lay on and simmer approx. 10 min. (Look at it sometimes if there is water on) until the water is taken.
Can be eaten hot or cold to a piece of lean meat or fish.
