100gButter
125gWheat flour
125gNuts (preferably half Walnut-half hazelnut no almonds)
125gSugar
175gWhite chocolate
175gDark chocolate (max 55% cocoa otherwise it becomes too strong)
2Eggs

To prepare the Brownie with white and dark chocolate recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt the white chocolate over a water bath along with butter and sugar. It'll just melt!
Whip the eggs with vaniljen and turn it into chocolate mixture after it has cooled off.
Chop the nuts and the dark chocolate coarsely and flip it into the dough with flour and baking powder.

Bake the cake in a greased casserole dish (or with baking paper) in 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees – until it is golden on top and soggy in the middle.
