To prepare the Brown stinging as the Baker doing the (large) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Warm the milk, dissolve the yeast in it. Add salt, sugar, softened butter and flour and knead the dough well through on your kitchen machine. The dough should be well pasted. Sprinkle a little flour over and style to uplift ½ hour.
Pour 2 dl. milk up in a bowl. Sprinkle the 45 g. cream powder into milk, while stir with an electric beater. Whisk for 2 minutes.
Stir in the soft butter together with the farinen and turn the cake the cream in it.
Roll the dough out and place it in a roasting pan. Pour the filling over the cake out and behind the at 175 degrees c. alm. oven for about 25 minutes.
