Instructions for Broccolipiroger
To prepare the Broccolipiroger recipe, please follow these instructions:
Knead the dough and let it raise lunt and uncovered. Clean the broccoli and onions, cut them into smaller pieces. Steam them until tender in a little water. Drain the vegetables came in food processor or chop them finely with a knife. Mix the vegetables with feta cheese in small cubes, eggs and grated nutmeg. Roll the dough out with a rolling pin and cut the 8 circles about the size of a dessert plate. Advantage 1/8 part of the filling on each circle. Brush the edge all the way around with eggs. Fold the circle together to form a semicircle and press with a fork along the edge. Pirogerne on a baking sheet and put behind them in the middle of oven 15 minutes at 225 C.
