Instructions for Broccoli Mousse
To prepare the Broccoli Mousse recipe, please follow these instructions:
Broccoli is divided into smaller bouquets boiled in plenty of leached water and cooled.
Lubricate small molds approx. 1 DL. Film shapes or frames thoroughly. Put a single bouquet of broccoli in each form.
The rest of the broccoli is blended with eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Pour into the molds baked in the oven at 125 degrees C. hot air approx. 50 minutes. Set to cool for next day.
Flip gently out of the molds and arrange with mixed salad and parma ham.
