1Bit of pepper
1tbspFrying margarine
1Strøget TSP. Salt
1.5tbspDijon mustard
2dlPork broth
3Large carrots diced
50gTomato puree
5-600gPig heart

Instructions for Braised Pig Heart

To prepare the Braised Pig Heart recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the heart in small cubes and sauté them in a pan until they have changed color
Take the meat up
then add onions carrots tomato puree dijon mustard pork broth salt and pepper into roast juice
Let Cook together
put the meat back in the Pan and let it braiserer over low heat about 1 ½ hour
smooth right to desired consistency
