7-8 | dl | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Braided sesame bread II
To prepare the Braided sesame bread II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble the yeast and dissolve it in finger-warm milk or water. Add 1 egg, oil, salt and sugar.
Stir the flour for a little while and work the dough until it drops the bowl. Let the dough raise the cover for 30 minutes.
Work the dough smoothly on a table and cut 1/3 from. Then divide each dough into 3 pieces and roll them to 30 cm long dough cookies. You get 3 big and three smaller doughballs.
Put the big dough cookies next to each other and merge them together. Lay the finished braid on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and press it slightly.
Flatten the smaller dough cookies in the same way and put the small braid on top of the large one. Squeeze the braids lightly and allow the bread to reach a covered spot for 20 minutes.
Whip an egg together, brush the bread, sprinkle with sesame and bag it in the middle of a 200 degree hot oven for 20-30 minutes.
tips:
Tip: Spray a few times a little water in the oven with a water sprayer during the first 5-10 minutes of baking. The bread breathes well and becomes golden if steam gets under the baking.
