To prepare the Brændenælde pancakes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Eggs, flour and a little of the milk is stirred together, salt and the rest of the milk is added. Mix well in the dough, then add the nettles and the melted butter. Bake light brown. Tastes great with lingonberry jam and perhaps sour cream.
