500 | g | Wheat flour |

Instructions for Bowls 13
To prepare the Bowls 13 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast in lukewarm water. Mix oil and water in another bowl. Pour the mixture of oil and water together with the fermented yeast. Add the other ingredients (flour mix until the dough feels good). Enjoy it well. Put the dough for raising a warm place for 30 minutes.
Pour the dough through again and form it into buns.
Replies to a plate for 15 minutes. The oven is turned on 225 degrees C and the balls are brushed with skim milk.
Must be baked 12-15 min. In the middle of the oven.
tips:
Change any 100 g wheat flour with 100 g of coarse flour. This makes a little bite in the balls.
