100gRaisins or 200 g pitted grapes (best)
2.5dlBroth
2.5dlMilk/cream
3Eggs
3tbspLemon juice
3slicesFrench bread
3Onion
3-4Tangy apples
4tbspHot mango chutney
50gAlmonds

Instructions for Bobolie

To prepare the Bobolie recipe, please follow these instructions:

Lamb / beef / veal / pork tenderloin brune and add broth and boil a little. Onion is switched with a carry, tern of sour apples added. 100 g. Raisins or 200 g. Stewed grapes (best), 50 g.
