Instructions for Blueberry jam
To prepare the Blueberry jam recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse berries and possibly clean them. Cook the blueberries in approx. 10 minutes, covered, along with the water. Pull the Pan from the heat. Add the sugar, a little at a time, and stir caution so that it gets mixed well with the berries.
Pull back the Pan from the heat. La it stand awhile and remove any foam. Island evaporate in clean, hot glass and put the lid on it right away.
Kept cool.
