Instructions for Berliner Which (injected jam)
To prepare the Berliner Which (injected jam) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Water and milk lunes to 37 degrees c. and poured in a platter and dissolve the yeast in it. Then add the rest of the ingrgedienser and it's all mixed to a uniform dough is put to uplift 30 minutes.
The dough rolled out to 0.5 cm thickness and blended out with glass approx 8 cm. raises another 30 minutes.
Palminen heats up to 180 degrees c. and Berliners are cooked in this 1.5 minute on each side.
Added to cooling in fatty sucking paper. Hindbørmarmelade is injected into the Berliners with berliner guzzle, and sprinkled with icing sugar.
