Ingredients for Bergis
1 | Egg for brushing | |
1½ | tsp | Salt poppy seeds |
13-15 | dl | Wheat flour |
2 | tsp | Sugar |
5 | dl | Milk |
50 | g | Yeast |
50 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Bergis
To prepare the Bergis recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the fat and add the milk. Warm it until it's finger heat. Crumble the yeast in a bowl. Pour a little of the dough and stir the yeast into it. Add the rest of the dough and salt and sugar. Add the flour a little at a time. Work the dough tightly so that it is smooth and smooth. Let it rise covered somewhere without pull for about 30-40 min. Lay the dough on a floured table and work it until it drops the table. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Cut a small bite of each piece and roll it out for a long roll. Form the dough for 2 loaves.
