To prepare the Belgian waffles (the best) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve the yeast in the milk, add egg yolks and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients. Stir in the melted butter.
Beat the egg whites until they are stiff and turn them gently into the dough. Style to uplift in 45 minutes.
Warm up the waffle iron and approximately ½ cup of batter on the came.
Tips:
Served hot, possibly with vanllieis and a little jam, or with fruit compote and whipped cream!
