Instructions for Beehive
To prepare the Beehive recipe, please follow these instructions:
Got egg whites and icing sugar in a bowl. Style the Bowl onto a pot of boiling water and whisk until the mass is thick and stiff, preferably with an electric beater.
Splashing meringue mass through an icing bag in small meringue or set the dough on the baking tray with baking paper with 2 spoons.
Bake at low heat 125 degrees C 40-45 min. until they are dry and light. Let the cakes become cold.
Whip the cream to foam. Style pasties in the pyramid. "Glue" them together with whipped cream. Melt the chocolate and inject it in stripes on the dessert through a cone made of parchment paper.
Tips:
Glaser marengsene on the underside with chocolate. Serve 2-3 meringues with raspberries, strawberries or pickled apricots and garnish with whipped cream, or give a ball good vanilla ice cream.
