1Cucumber
1tbspLemon juice
1Red onion
1tbspSweet mustard (possibly ravigotte)
1Large bunch flat-leaf parsley, possibly. mug parsley
100gFeta cheese
150gQuinoa, bulgur or cous cous
2tspLiquid honey
2Beef steaks
3tbspExtra virgin olive oil

Instructions for Beef salad with parsley, onions and feta

To prepare the Beef salad with parsley, onions and feta recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rinse quinoa and cook in boullion as indicated on the package and cool.

Spice the steaks with salt and pepper and put them on a barbecue pan approx. 3 min on each side, depending on the thickness and how red you like the meat.

Pick the leaves off the parsley and rinse them well. Swallow them dry. Arrows slipped in thin in both. Cut the cucumber into small terns.
