Instructions for Beef Bean Sauce

To prepare the Beef Bean Sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the oil in a wok and lightning garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Bring onion and meat on the forehead and lightning streak for 3 minutes until the meat is brown. Take it off the forehead and set it aside. Heat the sesame oil on the forehead and lightning red pepper, bean sprouts and sugar peas 1 minute.
