Instructions for Basil Sorbet
To prepare the Basil Sorbet recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sugar and water are mixed in a saucepan and boiled until the sugar is dissolved. Add white wine and lime juice and let the layer become completely cold. Cook the basil leaves and put them in. Bring the sorbet stock into a mold and set it for freezing or use a sorbetière. Stir in it so that it does not freeze in flakes. When the mass is mothed, it is whipped through with an electric whip. A poisoned egg white is reversed and the sorbet comes back in shape. Freeze it again until it is firm, but not tough.
